Our One 2 One mindfulness sessions offers an individualised space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the guidance of a trained mindfulness practitioner. Unlike group courses, these sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, allowing the pace, focus, and techniques to be adapted to your personal circumstances. We also offer session to couples and families who would like to explore the benefits of mindfulness together.  This approach can help individuals, couples and families develop greater awareness of patterns of thinking and behaviour, supporting healthier ways of responding to stress, anxiety, or difficult life situations.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, allowing the pace and focus to support your personal circumstances. This approach helps develop awareness of thinking patterns and supports healthier responses to stress and challenges.
