Whether you are new to mindfulness and would like to see what it is all about or you are keen to explore the benefits to your psychological health and well-being there will be a course for you. We also offer evidence-based courses for specific groups such as those on a parenting journey, those living with depression or anxiety or those looking to explore using mindfulness to support addiction recovery. All our courses have been through numerous research trials by institutions such as the Universities of Oxford, Exeter and Bangor to ensure credibility, effectiveness and participant safety.
